
Five years ago I decided to dedicate myself to inspire a better quality of life in my patients. After more than 18 years of experience in emergency medicine, concerned about my personal health, I decided to start this path innovating in the lifestyle that many of us lead on a daily basis. What made me change? After so many years of effort working in the Emergency Room and with so many years of service ahead of me, my day-to-day life was robbing me of sleep and the desire to work. I didn't want to exercise, I gained weight, even going out with my family was difficult due to the daily exhaustion. I was on my way to a heart attack, one of those many I have seen in emergency rooms. You don't have to be a doctor to know that these symptoms are a bad sign and that not treating them as they should be treated shortens our lives and worsens their quality. Teachers, Doctors, Lawyers, Fathers, Mothers ... it happens to all of us. The hustle and bustle of everyday life sometimes derails us from the personal care we should give ourselves.
FIRST CHANGES TOWARDS A DIFFERENT LIFE.
One day I was offered the opportunity to evaluate my hormone levels, something I had never done before, even though I knew the importance of hormonal balance.
